Delivery methods

Pickup from our store in Antalya

After agreeing on the order with the manager, we are waiting for you at:

  1. Güzeloba Mahallesi, Rauf Denktaş caddesi No:47/E Muratpaşa/AntalyaWorking hours: Monday–Friday from 10-00 to 18-00, Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, Sunday – closed.
  2. You can refuse part of the order.
  3. Reserve period: 2 days from the order date.
  4. Payment: cash, non-cash, card.

Courier Ptt or Yurtiçi Kargo to your address in Turkey:

Delivery by Ptt or Yurtiçi Kargo courier to your door anywhere in Turkey.

  1. Delivery time is 1-4 days.
  2. For more information about the terms, delivery time, as well as the days of the week on which delivery by courier is carried out, ask our managers.
  3. After sending the order, you will receive a declaration number via SMS to track the delivery status. You can track your shipment online here.
  4. When the order arrives in your locality, the courier will deliver to your address.
  5. It is not possible to refuse part of an order.
  6. Cost of courier delivery: 200-250 liras, depending on the order
    Payment: 100% prepayment (online card, non-cash for individuals and legal entities).

Sending parcels to other countries

Service Center 350 ships products to other countries. You can find out more detailed information by calling the service center or making a request by mail.

General delivery conditions

1. From the moment the order is transferred to the transport company, it bears full responsibility for the delivery time and safety of the cargo. The times indicated on the website are not exact, but only show the approximate delivery time provided by the carrier.
2. Upon receipt of the order, in the presence of a representative of the carrier, inspect the order and make sure the packaging is intact. You have the right to open the parcel and check its contents.
Claims regarding the contents of the parcel and its quantity are accepted only in the presence of a representative of the carrier.

3. Attention! Managers are not responsible for delivery time and cannot make any promises.

Payment Methods

Payment in our store in Antalya

1. Payment in cash upon receipt.
Payment is made in national currency.
You can pay in cash at our store in Antalya.

2. Payment by credit card upon receipt.
You can pay with a bank card in our store in Antalya.
You can also pay by card when ordering online

Cashless payments

Payment for individuals and legal entities through a current account:

  • Using online banking through your bank’s personal account.
  • At the cash desk of any bank branch.
  • Through any payment terminal.
  • Before paying, you must place an order through the website or by calling 444-85-70.

During the process of placing an order on the website, when you select the payment method “bank transfer”, you will see payment details, which you will also receive by email when confirming your order.
After placing an order on the website, you will see the order number and its amount.
When placing an order by phone, our manager will inform you of the order number and its amount, payment details (or send it to you by email).
Important! Make payment only after agreeing on the order with the manager.
The payment term for the order is 2 working days.
Be sure to include your order number in the payment details!
The commission for transferring funds is paid by the buyer.
Delivery of goods is carried out after funds are credited to our account.
To receive the goods you need a passport.

Statements

For Partners deposited at Service Center No. 350 (NSP Delivery Service in Turkey), products can be purchased for statements (in full or partially against the statement).

You can find out information about statements or buy products for statements:

  • upon request by e-mail info@natr.com.tr;
  • by phone: 444-85-70.

To purchase NSP products for statements, you must place an order by phone and inform the operator that you are buying for statements. Or indicate this payment method when placing an order on the website.

Payment by card online

You can pay for your order by card – online or upon receipt at our store in Antalya.
To pay by card in the store: when placing an order, select the payment method Payment upon receipt of the order.
To pay for your order online:

  • Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Select payment method Online payment by card.
  • Complete your order.
  • Next, you will be redirected to the secure payment system page, where you can confirm the payment.

For successful payment, the card must support the 3d secure service.

Please note: to pick up an order paid online, you must present an identification document.

Warranty and return of goods

What products cannot be exchanged or returned?

According to Article 4077 of the Turkish Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkey has approved a list of goods of good quality that cannot be exchanged or returned.
These products include: biologically active food additives, decorative cosmetics, and care cosmetics.
The recipient has the right to return the goods within 7 days if goods are delivered that were not ordered. In this case, the packaging must not be opened or damaged.
