Bee pollen
Bee pollen is plant pollen bound with nectar and bee saliva and rolled into balls that are fed to drones. Bee pollen is considered the most perfect natural nutritional product, containing almost all the most important vital components: 18 amino acids, vitamins, 46 bioelements, enzymes. When pollen is extracted, the husks are removed and enzymes are added to neutralize allergens and improve digestibility. Pollen increases physical endurance, supports the immune and nervous systems, and protects against heart disease, cancer, and arthritis. It is believed that consuming bee pollen slows down the aging process, rejuvenates the skin and preserves youthful energy. Bee pollen has the ability to reduce allergies and hay fever. It is recommended to take from 2.5 to 20 g per day. Bee pollen does not cause allergies. However, people with hypersensitivity to bee products (honey, propolis) should consult a doctor.
